Senator Phillips requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                  
SENATE BILL NO. 319(L&C) An Act relating to arbitration;                       
amending Rules 57(a) and 77(g), Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure;               
and providing for an effective date be taken up. The bill was before           
the Senate on reconsideration.                                                 
                                                                               
Senator Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be            
returned to the Rules Committee. Without objection, it was so                  
ordered.
